Incredibly poor corporate governance and A big cross against management who would have been in possession of field data if not assays and on that basis have transferred wealth to an inside group. I was planning to stay in for the long haul but regardless of the quality of these results who wants to be a minority shareholder in a company that blatantly rewards insiders?
