"Oversubscribed"
Once PEX has returned their oversubscribed money the new investors will buy on the market and push the share price up. Also the smart new investors will buy in before their money is returned.
In addition existing shareholders like me can see the ease which Pex raised $6m as a sign that smart investors are giving the PEX projects a big tick.
Of course there now is no likelihood a SPP.
Although I am annoyed that I could not get additional shares at 40 cents I am strong believer that PEX is on the start of something really big and profitable.
