Hi TShirt...yes I'm sure there are other examples mate. A quick google search with the search term ASX grants a waiver from listing rule 6.23.3 brings up a fair bit of info and other examples of a waiver being granted.

Looks like another option if waiver not granted is to cancel options and re-issue with the later date. There is some precedent for this also.

I'm sure RLE are looking into it as confirmed by SB in last investor stream interview.
