Hi Rails, (and @Al99 …?)

I know much has been written on the subject already, but with all the differing views, do you personally have any concerns over the testing and subsequent evaluation time taken for this current reserves process? Some are saying it can be done in weeks, but we are waiting much longer. Any cause for smelling rats, or is this all par for the course as often as not??? …
.... I believe it's a case of doing it properly but I'm not a tech with field knowledge of such matters so am completely in the hands of those who know better...
