I would put in the money at 9.2c, the Sophs paid 10.5c/share and got 1 RLEOB for every 3 shares purchased. With RLEOB last sales at 4c that is an implied additional discount of 1.33c/share. If this is going to retrace to capital raising price 9.2c is the number to look for
