Hindsight is a wonderful thing ..... had they allowed for a delay in obtaining reserve results and issued the A options with an extra 2 months, all of this could have been avoided. So management DOES have to answer for poor planning and the effect on shareholders.

Existing shareholders should have been given the chance of participation in the CR considering that poor management has affected us negatively.

Handing out free B options as part of the generous price continues to demonstrate that management (SB?) do not value shareholder funds.

All the above IMO and obviously DYOR....
