Not looking after s.h's interest aside, I find the line that management (aimed at the CEO presumably) has only self interest in mind, a bit amusing.... and probably reassuring. If the CEO owns a squillion shares and he's "looking after his shares", then ipso facto my shares are being looked after and I should also be right mate! Logical? Drawing a million a year salary would irk me much more …
