You are correct the code is ICGO (INCA MINERALS LTD OPTAUG20 and these are the new oppies from the CR (mine aren't showing in commsec just yet)
There is currently two buyers one for 2M and one for 1M at 0.001
What matricks is reffering to is the heads that has 83M on the buy side at 0.001
Just search ICGO in your trading platform and it will show you
