Not having a go at you mate but, consolidation, when done in the right way and at the right time, is a healthy thing to do for a share.

Let me clear one thing up ----------- Consolidation does not change the percentage of the company that you own!!
If you owned 10% of the company before consolidation then you will still own 10% after consolidation.
What changes is the number of shares that you own as the total number of shares on issue will also decrease by the same percentage.
If you had 5 million shares before consolidation you may only have 1 million after consolidation but you will still own 10% of the company. It just won't sound as good for bragging rights at the pub as the original 5 million.

I am not suggesting consolidation is right for ICG at this moment in time but, at some point in the not too distant future, it will be necessary. I personally think that consolidation right now would be a disaster.
