This is quite an appalling take up (even with the free oppies). Clearly not a lot of believers and i think the project cant be very secure in terms of coming up with the resource. Im still pessimistic. Tell me if im wrong but only half the offer taken up must mean not much confidence surely?
If S32 dont proceed clear time to get out.
