I would suggest any shareholder who did not get the paperwork in time and wanted to take up shares should directly and quickly contact the company. I have a sneaking suspicion that with only a little over half take up the company would probably accept late requests, especially if you advised that you had not received the relevant paperwork in time. I note that I only got my supplementary prospectus today, some 4 days after the CR close. I have advised the company accordingly.
