    I'd guess more than half.

    LGCs are >$80 at the moment, and I'd guess they're getting around $70 per MWh for the power. The Govt guaranteed price is $70 I think, so the longer they can delay official completion and start of the Govt guaranteed price the better (and I wouldn't be surprised if that's exactly what they are doing).
