    Unlikely to be explained by an Estate selling as it's being done in a targeted manner. 

    Also re your comment about MIN's 51% stake, they only own 10.5m shares which equates to 3.61%.  Basically a passive shareholder.  The 51% you refer to is a profit share arrangement not shareholding.
