Thanks Plough, don’t trust me on numbers either although with numbers, they often have a life of their own, whereas in this case the notion ‘CFO’ got planted in my head when I looked him up some time back.

Ian Kerr

Mr Kerr is a professional engineer with 34 years’ experience including 29 years in the mining industry. Ian joined Gascoyne in December 2017, having worked on the PFS and BFS for the Dalgaranga Project whilst working for Mintrex an engineering consultancy. Ian was at Mintrex for 8 years where he worked on multiple studies and projects in Australia, Chile, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Mali and Senegal.
Prior to working with Mintrex, Ian had a career over the last three decades in both project management and operations management, having taken a number of mining projects from concept through to commissioning whilst working directly for several Australian and international mining companies including Placer Dome, WMC, Regis Resources, Westonia Mines and Lycopodium Engineering.
Ian is also a Non-Executive Director of West African Resources Limited.
Sally-Anne Layman

Ms Layman was appointed to the Board on 7 June 2017. She is a mining engineer and accountant with 23 years’ of diverse experience as a mining professional, corporate financier and advisor with significant international and cross commodity experience.
Ms Layman was previously a Division Director of Macquarie Group Limited and Joint Head of the Perth office of the Metals, Mining & Agriculture Division.
Ms Layman is also a Non-Executive Director of Imdex Limited, Perseus Mining Limited and Pilbara Minerals Limited.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) Hons, a Bachelor of Commerce, a CPA and a First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency WA.
