I think CYL have been very disciplined in their capital raises ( reflected in the tight nature as you highlight). There was a raise in May this year at 50 cents (87 cash did you participate) previously they have done a raise that has included options to all shareholders at 50 cents and maturity next June (seems very smart now) . I am hopeful you get your chance soon.
