I dont believe that another Party would be interested in a JV at this time.
Too early and a bit to do and get past the authorities and regulators, i agree with you but not until they get further down the track and eliminate further risk of which there is some.
All good i think excluding the CR which was necessary and regardless of the conditions prices etc its good to have the bank roll to push forward.
