"I think liquidity makes a big difference," Mr Rowley said.
"If you're trying to attract money from institutional investors, most of those guys want an investment that's liquid, that they're not necessarily locked into for a five or 10 year period."
Never a truer word spoken...............now what is he going to do to attract any kind of buying...............boutique is certainly not going to do the trick. Then what?.............another strategy?
