To be far there is one main intensive dairy farming operation in Australia and it relates to the Moxley & Perich families and their tie up with New Hope Dairy (Gina Rinehart from memory) and some chinese financial backing. Refer Freedom Foods (ASX: FNP) for more details.

Nearly all other dairy farming in this country is low intensity farming with the majority being family based farming. ACE farming is another corporate dairy farmer but I am not aware of them running intensive dairy farming.

Intensive dairy farming tends to run on a sliding scale rather than it being an "it is" or "it isn't" and the best description is perhaps in this link.

So most dairy farms in Australia are free range styled. If AHF thinks it has something unique then it would be appropriate for it to secure the patent and associated trademark for any logo's making claim. If not then expect others to test their right to the expression. Forewarned is forearmed as they say.
