    Ahhhhh, newsflow from itty finally.

    Looks like Simulus getting serious now. 

    We signed the Term sheet in late Nov, so nearly 2 months have elapsed.

    4 months until we get a scoping study. I reckon this timeframe could be shaved due to Simulus's expertise and partner to the project. IMO.
