Friendly, It was very convenient that the disconnections were described as unused accounts. I suspect this is face saving by UOL, don’t forget this is Latin America. There has been no mention of users finding out they are being charged and then saying they don’t want the service. I think people saying stop charging is a big part of the reduction in paid users. The failure to mention customer disconnections smacks of a corporate managing rejection.
That said I am in big time for the long haul, originally by choice but now no choice.
