This is actually pretty good CR for a few of reasons
1) Placement at $0.062 is only a 5% discount to current SP (not the usual 25% VWAP discount you see)
2) Existing holders will have a chance to be part of the SPP (which is great!)
3) MEI will be fully funded for all exploration activities in 2018
I expect positive news from MEI is just around the corner, otherwise the discount offered to instos would have been much bigger..
