    My broker has been banging on about this one for a while. Can't teally say I understand the concept, which kept me from initially buying, but I eventually relented and bought a parcel.

    Anyone want to tell be how this works in 50 words or less?

    (My last foray into the jobs market was nearly 31 years ago, when we still had a CES with job cards in a carousel).
