I agree on the merits of investing in UK. I own a bunch - including some of the ones you mention such as CAKE, BVXP (bought at 8 not very long ago; not cheap now though and a few question marks about ST/MT growth), XPP and SOM. I've looked at SFE also HWDN and ECEL in the same space. A couple of others to consider: WJG (great niche), NXR (cheap as chips, but big pension deficit - a winner from higher interest rates), ABDP (o/standing technology, poised for big growth I think), and VLE (funny little company, probably undervalued by 30-50%).
