I believe TNT / Asta should focus on 4 things this year....
1. Bed down Asta acquisition and leverage Asta clients to grow revenue;
2. Ensure focus is on sales team and that the sales team is properly resourced / incentivised - to grow revenue organically through new deals etc........ (tech team lead by Keith will continue performing no issue - like the sun rising and setting each day);
3. Try to become cash positive by end of 2019, and to ensure Balance Sheet is strong;
4. Continued promotion of business to Brokers / Institutions / Investors, Family Zone style.
