I'm still fairly new to investing. If I buy 400,000 shares in SFP on the market at .005 this week, that is the same as buying 40,000 @ .05 through an application for shares in the Prospectus isn't it? Are the current SFP shares going to be consolidated 10 for 1 before the new shares in the Prospectus are issued? Is there any advantage buying them through the Prospectus? It's probably a silly question, but some things which look obvious to me, sometimes aren't. I was just involved in a consolidation with RXL and that was the first time I'd seen it happen. Thanks in anticipation. I've read a lot of your posts and you always seem to have a really good understanding of what is happening. Lyn
