re: Ann: 3D Oil Annual General Meeting Presen... interesting to see no shareprice graph in the annual meeting presentation. indeed no mention of anything as worldly as a mere shareprice at all.
big interesting lack was any revelation of board structure,who does what,and what shareholders actually get for the money.....when people accuse 3d of being run as a dictatorship,having some wriiten defence would be usefull.
200 million shares on issue,so under 20% voted for and carried any resolution noel was excluded from voting on.
vunerable to a well planned assault next time?.
