Hmmm wasn’t aware terms sheets had been exchanged. Thanks for heads up. This will probably resemble a JV similar to what Kennecott aka RIO just signed with copper junior Valor Resources (VAL). Kennecott agreed to fund all exploration in return for equity in VAL. If PXX does something similar with their “suitors” there will be no need for another placement and further dilution.
