There are many reasons why people let a good stock go. If for example you bought 250000 at around the 2 cent mark and have held for over 12 months that's a nice little profit especially if you have a need for some cash for something else.
In my opinion for what it is worth I think we are in the countdown period and blastoff is imminent and when it takes off it will be going to Neptune not the moon.
