1.2 m. Considering the dilutive effective of raises I suspect the top 5 would be gung ho to drill first, fully fund it themselves or at higher levels but that's just my logic talking, anything could happen when you throw politics of listed small caps in the mix
If there's no immediate raise they could get the stock to18- 20 by declaring as much to the market imo
