Am I reading this right? Why would OZB INSIST on getting rid of the director that designed the equipment?
Why would they insist on him taking 200k. Can OZB do that?
2 days after the director was told the company was in trouble (10/11/2014), OZB loaned 3dg $330,000 on the 12th.
So 3dg's 3 directors took 330k and then there was the 200k on offer. Yet 3 directors voted to place the company into VA on the 24th.
That led to the admin spending at least 130k. Not to mention the huge delay it has cost the shareholders.
So again, Why the VA? Only 3 of the directors can tell you why this was a good move.
Am I reading this right? Why would OZB INSIST on getting rid of...
