As I said, I am interested in what happens with this company.
The placing of the company into VA and the fact that the ozb deal is still on, is what sparked my interest.
Not sure many understand what can and can't be done under va or the reasons why it can be used.
Then there is this creditors trust fund (that has some 900+k in it) that the admin has with 333d.
Was there proper reason for the VA?
Why is the ozb deal timeline overdue again?
As I said, I am interested in what happens with this company....
