Exclusive Distribution Agreement ... this is exciting!
Exclusivity in Australia and New Zealand ... the value of such an agreement is being understated here. I've worked on public transactions which include exclusive distribution agreements and I can vouch that these agreements lay solid foundations for fundamental valuations and business growth.
"The agreement, conditional upon the successful completion of 333D's transaction with Oz Brewing Ltd, sees 333D secure exclusive distribution for Australia and New Zealand for the Prodways current range of printers as well as future models expected to be released in the coming 12-18 months".
