And that, my friend, is exactly what would happen to Inca if management was to consolidate at the moment with the sp being so weak.

We all know that the sp is at the mercy of traders but, for it to drop .001c from .006 down to .005, then that is a 20% drop. Most sellers are reluctant to drop 20% and so they are more likely to hang in there.

Once you consolidate you remove that "big drop" impediment and a .001c drop represents a very small drop percentage wise allowing the sp to continue it's downward trend.

The only time to consolidate is when the stock is in a strong uptrend. For that we will need very good drill results.

My worry is, that after the last CR, I am not sure that management understand the workings of the market enough to realize this fact.

They hear the holders complaining about the number of shares, and may well decide to rectify that but, they would only create the alternate problem.

They are now caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.

That is another reason why the massive sp giveaway at the last CR was such a mistake.
