I was just about to everaged down on PRL today, but had bad memory of other explorer coming back. Went down from 1c to 0.1. consolidated 10 times and down to 0.2 again.
Hope this does not repeat with PRL but in last minute I stopped the trigger and loaded more ICG, Wanted @ 0.6c but received @ 0.055.
Last minute in the day, low volume 0.005 selling seems somebody desperate to keep the price down.
