Kiwiboy.
I feel you have been listening too much to our friend Grubarura.
There comes a time when long time contributors are tapped out, and unwilling to throw more good money after bad, no matter how big a risk taker they are.
The problem is that we are diluting that deal, that we could possibly get with "our neighbour".
Do you not think that our neighbour is aware of our very weakened position?
Do you not think that our neighbour is hoping that we get to a position where we have no choice but to take whatever offer they present to us?
Where we have gone wrong, in my humble opinion, is in not sticking to the original game plan. That plan, as I understood it, was to come up with a resource from the first drilling series.
This resource would then give the shares some basic value, and credibility, in order to support the sp and then we could improve our resource in order to add to the sp value.
Now, I understand that there are some differences of opinion regarding this initial resource thing, but, I was at an AGM where the question was asked of Ross and that is what he said. Maybe whoever asked that question is still a holder and could back me up on this.
In my opinion this is where they went wrong.
Management chased off after more and more targets while thinking that holders would keep throwing in more and more funds while watching the ever failing sp, dilution and massive giveaways at each CR.
Management went from heroes to villains very quickly, by pushing the repeat button one too many times without giving an extra results or value to compensate holders, especially LTH.
What you are suggesting regarding selling, in order to contribute to any CR, is a valid point, and it is what I did last time in order to contribute, but, it cost me about $700 to do so and, I would be reluctant to keep repeating that.
There is no doubt that with the failure of the last CR, contrary to any spin put on it by management, that if something very good is not found in the coming round of drilling, then heaven help holders.
Meanwhile, we wait for the illusive Peruvian permit.
Kiwiboy, you are a new holder to ICG but, if you want to do a little research regarding waiting for Peruvian permits, then believe me Inca's posts on HC are the best place to do it.
You would be hard pressed to find a longer term holder than myself so please listen to sage advice.
