The way I read the Ann is that the ore sent does not meet the contract grade and therefore rejected buy the buyer.
I assume the buyer will undertake independent sample testing of the stockpiles and this may be where the ore grade failed.
If this assumption is correct then they will have to source a new buyer or renegotiate terms. Not good when you have plant and labour on the ground accumulating ongoing cost.
