I'm a large S/H in this Co. and have always been positive towards its future. I'm still positive, but the Directors need a wake up call!

Fair enough, they swung a reasonable deal on the Nicholson project .. It wasn't hard given the amount of gold in the ground.

They sold a shipload of PNR shares immediately after the "takeover" when we didn't need to .. those shares consequently doubled in price over the following few months!

They have sat on their hands collecting a pay cheque for the last 8 months and still no word of a new project ... we are now outside the ASX 6 month ruling period and putting ourselves in an awkward position of having to find something soon or be "questioned"

They recently directed shareholders funds into two other Spec companies. Fair enough, both those Specs look ok and should do well over time but the Directors should get on with directing and not splashing shareholders funds around in speculative trading.

I hope they read this cause I think they dropped the ball in the short term ...... Time for an announcement!
