The way I read it their heap leach program will have cash flow for them in the short term.
They appear to have already done a fair bit of study towards the process.
The idea to go with heap leaching is low cost startup to get cash flow to support future activities.
Their infrastructure is in place ready to go if they find the massive sulphides to support it.
Hopefully Fox with Newexco have a better understanding of the system and their present drilling program nails something.
