Not sure how you came up with production in 2020

The way I read it is that in 2019/2020 they WILL commence operations (construction or Plans to supply producers?) for production of lithium carbonate for batteries.

H2 2018 proposed to commence production for glass etc.. Ain’t gunna happen


Q4 2019/2020 What exactly does “Commence operations” mean? My take on it, it means to commence building a processing plant or commence discussions with a producer? or are they implying they will commence production? It’s a wee bit ambiguous style of director’s speak
