I cannot tell you why! But I can give you my thoughts on your question....
Because they have nothing else to put there and by doing so are hoping that punters will go “WOW” battery plants in Europe!
And then start thinking....(Maybe EUR can, one day in the distant future start to mine lithium, build a processing plant, convert it, build a battery plant and make batteries out of it and get all of this free money.....All in the wonderfull green hills (mountains?) around Wolfsburg!)
