I agree that the debts should be repaid soonest possible. However the outstanding debts are long term. Knowing that the banks, who are good weather friends, these debts may be fixed and early repayments may not reduce interests. Now OMH is doing extremely well, the credit risks to these banks is nil.
Any expansions may not be immediate. Securing a good contract on energy with the Sarawak government should be top priority.
Small dividends to the Shareholders may be given the share price a boost. These also give retirees, like me some coffee money.
