What does that mean and how does that work in reality?

My understanding is that the ROFR has been removed completely and that gold rights within AUR's Bryah Basin holdings now sits 100% with AUR.

This was part of the recent corporate overhaul and cleanup of "legacy issues" that previously and materially reduced the appeal of the new AUR to potential new investors. Pretty sure MF drove this significant amendment based on my research.

WGX no longer has any right over AUR's Bryah Basin gold discoveries as a result of an agreement clause incorporated in to the Chunderloo transactions and still for reasons unknown but certainly beneficial for AUR and happy for it to be so.

WGX has released AUR from that clause as directly referenced within the same QAR you refer to.

It was a critical win for all AUR holders and even more so now that the Gold price sits way up in the stratosphere where I expect it to hold for quite come time to come. Certainly adds some glimmer of hope to the equation.

Good fortunes to those lucky ENT holders who bought up in December 2016 for around 1 cent! Nice return inside of 6 months. Please send some of that fortune our way that clearly continues to elude all RNI/AUR holders.

Hard enough to watch almost complete value destruction unfold like a slow train wreck in RNI's case over many years but even tougher to see neighbours prosper in the opposite direction at the same time.
