Ascidian Prospecting p/l is a company owned by David Jones, a geo who used to work for RNI/AUR on this tenement. He, Miles Kennedy and Karl Simich used to be on the same Board of a diamond company.

He got this tenement about 2008 I think. SFR used to have part of it. He then let RNI take it on, and by 7 July AUR will own it outright. There has been a terms contract to buy it - one more payment to go.

A sale to SFR has been on the cards for quite some time. It boils down to $$$$$$. That said, have you heard something recently? It's a no-brainer imo!
