Shady. The 42pc of shareholders taking up the offer is the datapoint here which is noteworthy. The raising was an insignificant amount. Most SH who took it up and oversubscribed likely said I'll throw 1000 or 2000 as a bet rather than any scientific method of thought that would tell them the share price will be much higher. Leverage only if the SP goes above strike price.
