    Clutching at straws... but maybe...just maybe....
    Lepu paid a premium BEFORE the Morgan Stanley presentation because McColl has given them a sneak preview of the results.
    I have dealt extensively with Chinese Companies... they dont throw away money... they bleed you dry before committing.
    The clearly have a reason to pay a premium.
    Who would know that reason, other than Lepu?
