If this deal gets all the green lights, the current top two major holders are going to have to move down a peg, and lose even more of their grip, once again. Interesting that the Chinese NRE were not given some sort of a discount.
I guess you have to hand it to the powers to be in NTU as to getting such a premium to yesterdays opening price, 16-40% above, and forward looking to more dilution.
Maybe NRE might be looking for some cheap carbs in the future, or maybe they have other ideas.
It is going to be interesting to watch how this all plays out.
The Million $ ?, what is a fair and true market value for NTU? Anyone.
