Mate, I don't think it will drop under 60, it's got too much going for it. I have a feeling that buyers could double their money in a pretty short time frame. Then in a few years those same sellers will be kicking themselves thinking I used to hold that and I stupidly sold out after being happy with a 100% gain. Big potential happening here IMO.
