If anybody is wondering, cross trades (between brokers) need to be done at the midpoint between buy and sell spread. In this case buy = 0.004 sell = 0.005 therefore midpoint = 0.0045 as Allen pointed out. CommSec can’t handle the 4th decimal point so it just quotes 0.004
