Nothing that I saw in this result, nor read in the accompanying commentary and presentation was anything that would have been overly novel or revealing to the market.
The only problem I see is that, at the current EV of ~$1.5bn, that stock is currently already pricing in a level of EBIT of circa ~$150m, which is a good 60% uplift from the current run-rate, and which is around 75% to 80% of what I consider to be the cyclical maximum $200m EBIT earnings capacity of the business.
So, the stock is running more on macro-momentum right now, than on any clear and obvious under-valuation, I think.
