What do you mean by not being 'certified'? DroneGun isn't certified either, except for government or military, just like IXI and every other jammer out there. As long as they don't have excessive power or operate outside certain frequencies, they're all in the same boat regarding regulation and restrictions.
Look at different jammers on the market. Chinese, Taiwanese, Israeli. They come in cheaper, or more compact, longer battery, wider frequency ranges, etc. DroneGun is not better than it's competition in all of this areas. Asian one's are cheaper for example, even Drone Killer by IXI is lighter, wider frequency range, lighter, etc when compared to DroneGun Mk2 and Tactical. See their spec pages.
Your post did make me think "this looks super cool" was in response to the photo above, and if that is the case, you recognized it's DroneShield's competitor, yet then stated DRO is a winner. I just find this contradictory and confusing.
